The deal, in plain terms.

Pingmap is a web service that polls your sitemaps, computes the diff against the previous snapshot, and submits new or updated URLs to the IndexNow protocol on your behalf. IndexNow forwards those URLs to every participating search engine (Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, Yep, Internet Archive, and Amazonbot). What each engine does with the URLs is up to them; we cannot guarantee indexing.

To use Pingmap you need a free account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up, and you must provide an accurate email address.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs for domains you don't own or have explicit permission to manage.
• Submit fabricated, spammy, or low-quality URLs intended to manipulate search rankings.
• Attempt to abuse Pingmap's polling or submission limits to degrade the service for other users.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Repeated abuse may also be reported to the affected search engines.

Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, who acts as the merchant of record. They handle payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, and the customer portal where you can update your card or cancel.

Pro and Agency start with a 14-day free trial. We don't charge your card until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during or after the trial; if you cancel after being charged, LemonSqueezy will pro-rate refunds per their refund policy.

We may change prices for new sign-ups at any time. Existing subscribers will get at least 30 days' notice via email before any price increase takes effect on their plan.

Each plan includes a set of features and limits as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to apply reasonable anti-abuse limits even on plans advertised as "unlimited" — these only ever kick in for patterns consistent with abuse, not normal use.

We aim for high availability but don't promise a specific uptime SLA on the Free plan. Paid plans target 99% monthly uptime, measured at the Pingmap application layer. IndexNow and the participating search engines are independent services; their availability is outside our control.

You can delete a site at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your last site closes the account; all associated data is removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we reasonably believe are involved in abuse, or that are inactive for an extended period (we'll email first for inactivity).

Pingmap is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the service will be error-free or that any specific URL will be indexed by any search engine. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Pingmap is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.

We'll update this page when the terms change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
